Janelle provides approachable solutions with her clients best interest at heart, with an empowering result to live a life free of stress.

Hello, I’m Janelle Lorenzini, an Accredited Counsellor with the Australia Counselling Association and an approved NDIS provider. I have experience Mentoring young people with a mental illness and intellectual disability, youth experience supporting children and teens who are in out of home care through Family & Community Services and last but not least  I have volunteered as a Crisis Supporter for Lifeline Australia.

My aim is to support and guide children, teens and adults to live a balanced, healthier and happier lifestyle. Through my gentle approach, I empower individuals overcome life challenges, as well as provide you with the appropriate tools and techniques to cope with similar challenges that may arise in the future which in return will build resilience, strength and self-esteem.

In my late 20’s I had an epiphany or what others like to call a “light bulb” moment. I was chasing a career I no longer wanted to chase; I was depressed, extremely stressed and anxious because I was trying to force myself to be someone I knew deep down within my soul I wasn’t. I was living my own version of the movie Devil Wears Prada in the corporate world and I completely lost my authentic self. From that light bulb moment, I quit my career without a job in the pipeline and in between jobs, I became inspired to support and guide others to reach their full potential and find a balanced, healthier and happier lifestyle.
